## Product prices

- Every product has its own price on its product page. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- The current price, sale price when there is one, and availability are on each product page. Read them from the visible page at the time you answer.
- Prices and sales change without notice. Do not quote a price from memory.

## Shipping

- Free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

## Returns

- Returns for credit or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Items must be in new condition: shoes in the original box, racquets unused with the handle wrapper on, apparel unworn and unwashed with tags.
- The customer pays return shipping. Items that do not meet the guidelines may be charged a 10% restocking fee or sent back.

## Racquet Bar services (USTA National Campus, Orlando)

| Racquet matching | $40 per match |
| Overgrip installation | Free (customer supplies the overgrip) |
| Demo racquet | $10 for 3 days, or $25 for 1 month. The demo fee is deducted from the purchase of a new racquet in the Pro Shop. |
